This Acceptable Use Policy (this “AUP”) sets forth the terms for acceptable usage of (i) this website and all content or materials on or provided through this website (collectively, “Websites”); and (ii) all services and products contain or refer to this AUP (collectively, “Services”).

  2. decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, lease, sell, distribute, or reproduce the Websites or Services;
  3. distribute viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms or other harmful programs or materials;

The types of activities described above in this AUP are not intended to be exhaustive, but merely illustrative examples deemed by CDNetworks to be inappropriate, improper, illegal, or otherwise harmful to CDNetworks’ reputation, networks, or services and therefore prohibited when using our Websites and Services.

CDNetworks shall cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or courts and, upon their request or direction, shall disclose the identity or locate anyone posting any material in breach of any of these provisions.

CDNetworks Rights and Remedies

If CDNetworks becomes aware of any content or activity that CDNetworks, in its sole discretion, considers to be in violation of this AUP, we reserve the right, but are not obliged, to investigate any alleged breach of this AUP and immediately take actions we deem appropriate, such as block access, suspend or terminate any affected services. In addition, we also reserve the right to report any activity that violates (or may violate) any applicable laws or regulations to appropriate regulatory authorities or other appropriate third parties, and cooperate with such authorities and third parties in any related investigations. CDNetworks shall not be liable for any damages of any nature suffered by anyone resulting from CDNetworks’ exercise of the foregoing rights.
