Dedicated MSS engineers demonstrate deep understanding of your industry and pain points with respect to web and network security. This ongoing relationship begins at initial training, and lasts through each stage of onboarding, providing on-going rule enhancement, tuning, and monitoring.
Provides technical guidance, shares security trends, know-hows, and best practices gained by working with other successful enterprises.
Engages with key stakeholders to review key operational and technical aspects of your CDNetworks-related projects. Escalates tickets if required.
MSS Engineers provide quarterly vulnerability scans with result analysis. Presents summarizing reports monthly, imparting training for new features (if available), and support ticket & resolution review.
