CDNetworks sends a JavaScript challenge to every client, attacker, and real end-user. Legitimate browsers will pass without the users' knowledge while Bots, typically not equipped with JavaScript, will fail and become blocked.

CDNetworks can identify normal usage patterns for each web application based on analysis of legitimate user behavior and provides customizable security postures for Bots that deviate from the standard usage behavior, activity, or frequency.

Based on 50+ attributes, a hashed signature of both virtual and real browsers will be generated. These proprietary signatures are then leveraged for real time correlation to identify and block malicious Bots.

End users can recognize and remember good Bots to allow them access.

Intended to differentiate between Bots and humans. Unlike humans, scripted Bots generally are unable to solve CAPTCHA and will repeat words and numbers.

CDNetworks uses this traffic control mechanism to detect and delay traffic created by suspicious Bots, while at the same time prioritizing and white listing authorized traffic.
