Seeking a Marketing professional with a specialty in digital/online marketing to run our US-based Marketing function. Primary focus will be on managing demand generation, email campaigns, website updates, content creation, SEO/SEM, and social media aimed at enterprise IT organizations located predominately in the US.


  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Create blog content and work with other content creators.
  • Update the Americas web pages.
  • Coordinate 3rdparty reports and white papers.
  • Promote content through PR, social media, emails, syndication, etc.
  • Maintain Americas social media presence.
  • Plan and implement trade shows and events, if needed.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, as well as, agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.


  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Ability to write great blogs and attention-grabbing email cop.
  • Experience in the following:  Identifying target audiences and devising digital and email campaigns that engage, inform and motivate; Setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns; Optimizing landing pages; Planning and executing events; Marketing automation and
  • Ability to write great blogs and attention-grabbing email cop.
  • Coordinate 3rdparty reports and white papers.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and working knowledge of HTML and CSS.


  • Technical aptitude – Ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • High-Adaptability – Ability to adapt to internal policies/ processes / procedures and changing direction of a task/project.
  • Outgoing, professional and articulate; great customer & communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Must be reliable and heavily resourceful in solving issues.
  • Amiable, professional and enjoys daily interaction with peers and client groups; natural ability to form professional relationships with all levels and departments within the company.
  • Meticulous attention-to-detail.
  • Possesses good /sound judgment.
